Kick it in the New Year

Getting back to old Healthy routines
in the New Year.
How does a Sake Mom
keep herself feeling great ?
Well besides large doses of Sake for sanity -
she likes this easy green juice for energy !!

I love to have this after my coffee- This will give you a good hour or so of energy to make it to lunch.

Get your juicer out:  I use this one http://www.powerjuicer.com/
I purchased mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
(Which I always think of my friends mom who calls it Bird Bath and Beyond ;)

Green Energy Juice:
2 apples
1 lemon -peeled
handful of spinach or Kale
pinch of Ginger Root.

**it is best to go all Organic. and don't let the green color scare you- Even my kids drink this.
Personally, we all have to "shoot' it.  This is not a sipping drink.
But if you like apple juice you love this.
Also you can melt a cube of frozen wheatgrass and pour into juice before you drink.
They sell something like this at Sevenanda and Whole Foods
